Replacement Items
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us at info@shoppinlove.com indicating:

Returns
You have the option to return one or more items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions
Returned items must:

Be in the same condition as they were received

Be cleaned and tested only on suitable surfaces (e.g. carpet)

Be placed in the original boxes
You don't have to return your entire order. You can also return individual items.
How to prepare the package

Place the item in a sturdy box (preferably the original one).

Reimbursement
After we receive and verify your return:

The refund will be made within a few days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
