Exchange and/or Return Policy

Item Replacement

If you wish to replace an item for a change in size, model, or color, please send us an email at info@shoppinlove.com indicating:

• The order number

• The reason for the replacement

Returns

You have the option to return one or more items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for returns

Returned items must:

• Be in the same condition in which they were received
  

• Be clean and tried on only on appropriate surfaces (e.g., a rug)

• Be placed in their original boxes

You are not obliged to return the entire order. You can return just a few items.

How to prepare the package

1. Place the item in a sturdy box (preferably the original one).
   

2. Send an email to info@shoppinlove.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund

After receiving and verifying your return:

• You will receive a confirmation email

• The refund will be processed within a few days using the same payment method used for the purchase

Important:

• It is not possible to request a refund after an exchange has been made or if a return has already been requested previously; however, it is still possible to request an exchange or a store credit.

• Purchases made during promotions or with discounts are non-refundable. In these cases, you will receive a store credit to use on www.shoppinlove.com
