Our shipping times vary from 3 to 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)

As soon as our goods leave the warehouse you will receive an informative email with the SHIPPING CONFIRMATION and an email from the courier, in which you will find the shipping number that can be used to check online the delivery status of your package.

    REPLACEMENT OF ITEMS

    For the replacement of a size or color of an item, send us an email to info@shoppinlove.com communicating the order number and the reason for the replacement.

    Returns

    Once we have received and verified your return, we will refund or exchange the items sent

    The refund will take place a few days after the confirmation of your return through the method you used when placing the order. (an e-mail will be sent to you when we receive the package).

    NB It is no longer possible to request a refund after replacing the purchased products, but in that case it will be possible to receive a purchase voucher that can be used on our website www.shoppinlove.com

    REFUND METHOD


    CREDIT CARD

    The amount of the returned items will be credited to the account corresponding to the card used. The timing of crediting your account may vary from one bank to another.

    PAYPAL

    The amount of the returned items will be credited to the PayPal account used for the purchase.

    CASH ON DELIVERY

    You can choose to receive the amount of the returned items by "bank transfer" or "voucher". Send an e-mail to info@shoppinlove.com to communicate the refund method chosen and all the data they need.
    Bank transfer: once your return has been received, we will refund the relative amount to your current account. In addition to the decision of the modality, the data that you will have to communicate (in addition to the refund decision) are: Account holder, IBAN, BIC / SWIFT (international bank code), Order number (1041 ........ .).
    Shopping voucher on shoppinlove: received your return, we will make available on your personal shoppinlove account, the amount corresponding to the returned items that you can use for future purchases. In this case you will have to communicate only the decision of the modality.

    Return conditions

    The products you want to return must be in the same condition in which you received them, be careful not to peel the label or dirty the item, we therefore recommend that you try the shoes on a clean surface (for example a carpet). In addition, the products must be inside the original boxes. This will make the return process easier.

    You can return one or more items from your order. You are not obliged to return the entire order.


    PREPARATION OF THE PACKAGE

    • Put the item inside a box (preferably the original one or in any case another of the same size and strength).
    • If your order was made up of several similar items (eg two identical shoes but of different sizes) make sure you include the products you want to return in the package (eg the two shoes of the same size).
